NETWORK ARCHITECT
Cadenza is seeking a network architect to join our growing team. This customer facing role will work directly with our clients to deploy advanced networking technologies into their environments.

Work Responsibilities
Work with Cadenza clients ranging from SMBs to Fortune 100 accounts to standardize, implement, secure, and automate the deployment of network technologies.
Plan and execute network changes within a client’s change management process.
Provide network design and architecture guidance to clients to further enhance the performance and security of their networks.
Identify opportunities to leverage process and network automation to improve work efficiency.
Ability to manage all aspects of a consulting engagement including client relationship management, pre-sales engineering, budgetary planning, and profitability management.
Interface as needed with client executives to communicate consulting engagement status, business delivery status, and technical delivery status.
Propose, design, and execute new technology roll outs as required to enhance Cadenza’s technical and business capabilities.
Work Environment
Network Architect will work remotely supporting Cadenza’s global client portfolio.
Some travel within the US will be required based on client implementation requirements.
Work Experience
At least 10 years of work experience in the IT field with a strong focus in networking technologies.
Experience working in a consulting or project based environment (strongly preferred).
Experience providing deliverables aligned to a formal statement of work (SOW) or scoped engagement.
Experience supporting and implementing network technologies in a multi-vendor environment.
Experience implementing network solutions in a Fortune 250 environment (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new networking technologies or modify network designs based on client feedback.
Experience triaging support issues and working within an incident management process.
Currently hold (or obtain within 12 months of starting employment) two Professional level network industry certifications in technology areas listed in the “Technical Experience” section.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Cadenza is seeking multiple network administrators to join our growing team. This hybrid role will focus on configuring and maintaining Cadenza’s internal network environments as well as providing the same services to select clients. In addition to maintenance functions, this role will participate in the planning, installation, and performance management of both internal networks and client networks including LAN, WAN, and others.

Work Responsibilities
Work with Cadenza and client staff to install, configure, and maintain network environments including LAN and WAN with a strong emphasis in cloud based networking systems such as Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, and HPE Aruba Central.
Perform some compute (Windows / Linux / M365 / Azure) systems administration as required to maintain Cadenza and client network services and performance monitoring.
Plan and execute network changes within a documented change management process.
Provide onsite and remote delivery of technology deployments across multiple networking technologies.
Identify opportunities to leverage process and network automation to improve work efficiency.
Ability to work as team member in multiple, simultaneous, projects.
Interface as needed with senior Cadenza staff and client technical staff to communicate project consulting engagement task status, operational delivery status, and technical delivery status.
Work Environment
Network Administrators will work onsite in central Ohio and remotely supporting Cadenza’s global client portfolio.
When not performing tasks requiring onsite work, this position is free to work from home.
Some travel within the US is possible based on client implementation requirements.
Work Experience
At least 0-2 years of work experience in the IT field with a strong focus in networking technologies.
Experience working in a project based environment (strongly preferred).
Experience supporting and implementing network technologies in a multi-vendor environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new networking technologies or modify deployment strategies based on client feedback.
Experience triaging support issues and working within an incident management process.
Currently hold (or obtain within 12 months of starting employment) one Associate level network industry certification in technology areas listed in the “Technical Experience” section.
Technical Experience
Cadenza Network Administrators routinely work with a wide variety of networking technologies. Successful Network Administrators will have a strong core competency in general network and the ability to quickly expand into new areas as client needs evolve.
Network Administrators require hands on experience installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud based networking system such as Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, or HPE Aruba Central.
Network Administrators require hands on experience managing change windows to limit downtime.
Network Administrators require hands on experience leveraging automation technologies including Python, Ansible, or Terraform to automate repetitive job tasks.
