Vendor Gift Policies: I acknowledge that event attendance is optional. Cadenza LLC sponsored events may include optional light food or beverage refreshments. Acceptance of any food or beverage is strictly optional and it is my responsibility to only accept items or activities that are within compliance with my organization's vendor gift policies.
